Richard “Struthers” Bremer was born on November 14, 2014 at just 27 weeks gestation and weighing only 1 lb, 12 oz. He remained in the NICU for 105 days (first in Denver, then in Colorado Springs), and was welcomed home on February 27, 2015. While Struthers continues to improve and is growing into a smart and inquisitive toddler (who’s not quite toddling), he has undergone 3 surgeries and remains on oxygen, a feeding tube and nursing homecare. We have created this site to share our journey with you, and hope it can be a place of encouragement and inspiration for all. Thank you for your continued prayers!
